Kiwi juice is very high in Vitamin C – and surprisingly contains almost twice as much as a glass of orange juice. The vitamin C content in the juice helps your body to stengthen its immune system. It does this by stimulating the white blood cells into action to help fight infection and remove toxins from the body.

Kiwi juice is especially great for pregnant women, as it is a good source of potassium. They also have a high calcium content, which is good for the expectant mother and baby, as it aids in faster bone generation and bone strengthening. Kiwis also contain high levels of antioxidants, which protect our bodies from disease and ailments, and can also help to prevent cancer cells from growing and spreading.

Kiwis have also been known to help treat depression. This is because they contain serotonin which can calm our bodies and help to relieve stress.
